Marvel’s heroes have never had much luck keeping their headquarters out of trouble. An impressive tower or a sprawling mansion might offer plenty of room for the team, but it also gives every villain a fairly obvious place to find them. Put enough of those buildings together, and the neighborhood starts looking like somewhere an insurance company would refuse to cover.

For collectors, though, those locations are almost as recognizable as the characters themselves. Avengers Tower brings an entire team to mind before anyone appears in the windows, while the X-Men Mansion has hosted generations of mutants and more than its share of disasters. Owning LEGO versions of several Marvel landmarks usually means making room for several separate builds. A new announcement offers a way to fit them into one display.

LEGO has revealed The Marvel Skyline, a microscale set bringing Avengers Tower, the X-Men Mansion, and several other Marvel locations together. The 1,261-piece build costs $99.99 in the U.S. and is available to preorder ahead of its January 1, 2027 release. Inspired by Marvel’s comics, movies, and series, the cityscape mixes superhero headquarters with villain strongholds, then adds a Galactus minifigure to make the whole neighborhood look considerably less secure.

The Avengers and X-Men aren’t the only teams represented. The Daily Bugle and Baxter Building join the skyline, alongside locations including the Wakandan Embassy, Rand Enterprises, and Pym Laboratories. Across the same display, builders will find Oscorp Industries, Fisk Tower, Hammer Industries, and Roxxon Corporation. That puts several corners of Marvel’s universe within walking distance, although the residents probably wouldn’t appreciate the convenience as much as collectors will. The smaller scale also gives Galactus a useful advantage. A standard minifigure can loom over miniature buildings, letting LEGO include the planet-eater without requiring an enormous character build. Spider-Man and Human Torch appear as smaller trophy figures, with vehicles including the X-Jet, Fantastic Four Rocket Ship, and Spider-Mobile adding more references around the city. The result gives the Fantastic Four a presence beyond their headquarters, with a familiar cosmic problem already waiting outside.

The set was among LEGO’s reveals at New York Comic Con, where it was displayed at Marvel’s booth. Its January launch means collectors will have to wait until after the holidays to put the finished city on their shelves.

The Marvel Skyline arrives January 1, 2027, through LEGO’s website, LEGO Stores, and other major retailers, with preorders open now.
