Brad Pitt is entering a new stage in his career now that he's rocking the salt-and-pepper look, but that doesn't mean he isn't hungry to star in the biggest blockbusters each year. In 2025, Pitt starred in one of the biggest movies of the year, F1, which grossed over $600 million at the box office, even defeating World War Z to become Pitt's highest-grossing movie in history. The film has also gone on to become a colossal streaming success on Apple TV. Pitt's first movie of 2026, Heart of the Beast, just hit theaters a few weeks ago, and it's already earning rave reviews. Heart of the Beast co-stars J.K. Simmons, and it was directed by David Ayer, who worked with Pitt over 10 years ago on the WWII movie, Fury.
Brad Pitt has starred in dozens of iconic movies over the years, but one of his films that he thinks could be the best of the best is officially staging a streaming comeback. All the way back in 1999, Brad Pitt starred alongside Edward Norton in one of the greatest psychological thrillers of all time, Fight Club, which was directed by David Fincher. Pitt and Fincher also worked together on Se7en, the iconic serial killer film co-starring Morgan Freeman. Fight Club was famously booed after its premiere at the 1999 Venice Film Festival, and after the crowd filtered out, Pitt turned to Edward Norton and said, "That's the best film I'm ever going to be in." Fans and critics may not have appreciated Fight Club at the time, but they certainly have learned to love it over the years.
Here's How to Watch 'Fight Club' on Streaming
The only way to watch Fight Club at the time of writing is by renting or purchasing the movie on VOD platforms like Prime Video and Apple TV. Still, fans are doing so at such a high clip that Fight Club has resurfaced in the global VOD top 10 in more than 15 countries around the world. Much of this success can likely be attributed to Pitt's new movie, Heart of the Beast — when a new film comes out, if people like it, it's only natural to check out older films from the same artist on streaming.
