Following the finale of this year's installment of the spy series Lioness, as Zoe Saldaña's Joe McNamara and her team of female operatives faced the climax of their most explosive season yet, fans have been waiting patiently for their next Taylor Sheridan fix. It's rare that a Sheridan show isn't topping the Paramount+ streaming charts and, although the newly renamed adult animated series South America is currently at #1, that is all set to change in a couple of weeks.

On October 16, Sylvester Stallone's Dwight "The General" Manfredi will return in a fourth season of one of Sheridan's most indulgent series, Tulsa King. In Season 4, The General "fights to legitimize his empire while facing corrupt politicians and new enemies," in what promises to be the most unmissable season yet. With Flula Borg of The Rookie fame and Boardwalk Empire's Gretchen Mol added as new series regulars, and plenty of fan-favorite faces returning, Tulsa King is sure to rise to the streaming summit.

But there are still two weeks to wait for more Tulsa King, so what should you be watching in the meantime? Well, this month, Starz has added one of Stallone's latest movies as part of its new batch of October arrivals. The film in question is the action thriller Alarum, which also stars Scott Eastwood and Mike Colter. This forgotten actioner came and went without much fuss in 2025, although it is the not-so-proud owner of a 0% average score on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes. If you're a Stallone fan, or perhaps a 0% score intrigues you, you can stream Alarum on Starz right now.

What Did Critics Say About 'Alarum'?

To some, Alarum was one of the worst movies of 2025. But why? According to Collider's Jeff Ewing, who awarded Alarum just 3/10 in his review, the plot was "needlessly convoluted," the "action sequences, locations, and twists" were executed poorly, and the cast was "largely wasted." "Even committed performances can't quite move the needle when the concept of the scene is undercooked," Ewing wrote, adding, "wasting a talented cast and what could be an engaging premise for no comprehensible reason at all."

You can stream Alarum on Starz right now.
