After starring as Kylo Ren in a series of Star Wars sequel movies, fans were skeptical that Driver would ever return to star in a project under the Disney banner, be it Star Wars or even Marvel. However, he shocked the world by calling in via Zoom at D23 to announce he had been cast as Mister Sinister opposite a host of other stars in Marvel’s X-Men film. However, before Driver suits up as Mister Sinister for Marvel’s X-Men movie, he’s set to reunite with his Marriage Story co-star for a new crime thriller premiering in less than two months. Driver is teaming up once again with Scarlett Johansson and Miles Teller (Top Gun: Maverick) for Paper Tiger, which was written and directed by James Gray. This afternoon, Neon officially released the new trailer for Paper Tiger before the film finally hits theaters on November 20. The movie has been on the film festival circuit for a while now, and after being named Official Selection at a few of the biggest festivals in the world, including Cannes and the New York Film Festival, it’s safe to say Paper Tiger is one of the most anticipated films of the year.
